Having had my own Zeroll ice cream scooper for many years, (and loving its durability and ease of use) I decided to give them out as gifts this past Christmas. The results are that my family loves them too. They ease through the hardest ice cream like butter. You can't go wrong with these sturdy kitchen tools. I showed my brother how they work by simply placing an ice cube in the scoop and he watched how quickly it melted. I'm not sure what kind of liquid chemical helps achieve this action (you can feel it's there when you shake it), but it's certainly well sealed and does it's job. Very nice!!
